2024 Spring commencement reservations

We will begin accepting requests for graduation reservations at midnight (12:00am) March 4th, 2024. All requests will be processed on a first come, first served basis in the order in which they are received. No requests will be accepted before the date stated above.

“up the river spey”

THURSDAY, april 25TH

6 PM at Allen Street Grill

A boat ride up the river Spey in Scotland with releases from 7 different single malt distilleries. Grassy, clean and low on peat making this class perfect for the scotch lover and the novice alike.

A Dive into gin looking specifically how different distillation methods, different base products and different botanicals influence the final product. Plus you’ll finish off with an amazing gin and tonic of your choice of pairing!
